you asked.

we answered.

What is handpoking?

We utilize a technique that is completely non-electric. Our professional handpoking uses the same needles and inks that conventional shops use. We don’t, however, use any machines at all. Every drop of ink is applied by hand, one dot at a time.

Doesn’t that hurt more?

Typically, no. When done by a professional, handpoked tattoos are less traumatic to the skin allowing for a gentler and less painful experience. This process takes a bit longer but the work is just as permanent and healing is quicker and more efficient.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is most efficiently done through our Client Liaison, Laura, via the contact form on this website, email, or DMs to our Instagram or Facebook. Additionally, you can contact your preferred artist directly by following the details on their portfolio pages.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! We try to accommodate walk-ins as often as possible. The best way to ensure availability is by messaging us first.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, and credit. Upon booking an appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your chair for your selected appointment date/time. Your deposit is always applied to the final balance of your session, unless you stand us up. Don’t stand us up.

How much does it cost?

The price of every tattoo is estimated according to size, design details, and location on the body. Our artists operate at an hourly rate and will provide the most accurate estimate to you and/or Laura during consultation. The studio minimum is $80.
